Located in Hillcrest, the McGrath Outpatient Pavilion is a state-of-the-art, 250,000-square-foot medical facility designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of our region. Spanning six floors, this advanced facility is home to key clinical programs and offers specialized diagnostic, treatment, and surgical services. With a strong emphasis on cancer care, we are committed to delivering world-class medical services in a patient-centered environment. The Hillcrest MOP SPD Supervisor applies knowledge, skill, and experience in SPD to supervise activities of sterile processing technicians and other support staff performing routine sterile processing procedures. Coordinates schedules and assigns work. Ensures assignments are completed and timelines are met. Responsible for work quality ensuring sterile processing protocols are followed. Provides input to management on personnel issues and daily operations. SPD supervisors are responsible for working with the OR and Surgeons directly ensuring the trays are ready to go for cases and troubleshooting any issues with OR rooms. They ensure SPD is staying on track in getting the priority trays done and communicating to case pickers as well as OR about any tray or equipment issues in SPD. They keep staff on track for cleaning, decontamination and sterilization of instruments and for the cleaning of flexible endoscopes and support the instrument needs for the OR and for all other modalities in the hospital and outside clinics. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $73,800 - $131,200 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $35.34 - $62.84 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
