Executive 1, Business Operations - New Equipment (Flow Control and Safety Solutions - FCSS)

The Executive 1, Business Operationsis responsible for leading the overall business performance of the business, driving growth, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across the New Equipment - FCSS portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, successful execution of transformation initiatives, and delivery of exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

• Develop and execute business strategies for the New Equipment - Flow Control and Safety Solutions (FCSS) sub-business that drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability.
• Own New Equipment - Flow Control and Safety Solutions (FCSS) product line P&L, including budgets, forecasts, strategy development, and implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, project management, manufacturing, and customer-facing organizations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Optimize operational structures, processes, and resource allocation to improve efficiency, scalability, and market responsiveness.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen business performance, increase productivity, and enhance financial results.
• Establish and maintain disciplined operating rhythms, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure execution excellence.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including business process standardization and technology modernization programs.
• Drive successful implementation and adoption of integrated business systems to improve visibility, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, safety, and customer focus.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align organizational capabilities with strategic business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Oversee all aspects of the business through strategic leadership and effective tactical management.
• Coach, engage, and direct staff to deliver operational results that meet and exceed organizational expectations for key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, quality, cost, delivery, training, compliance, on-time delivery, overdue backlog, NPS, communications, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, ensuring alignment between customer needs, operational capabilities, and long-term business strategy.
