Manager Sales - Field (Chicago, IL)

Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities.

Essential Functions

• Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development.
• Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.
• Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing sales professionals focused on acquiring and growing SMB accounts in the Chicago market. Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams, providing strategic guidance and performance coaching. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and build accountability. International Logistics sales experience including transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, or related services preferred.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: $7,890.00 - $20,240.00/monthly

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled in the Greater Chicago, IL area. Other surrounding locations will be considered. The candidate must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory.
