Creative Coordinator (Paid Social)

About the Role

The client is looking for a hands-on Creative Coordinator to own and accelerate the creative engine for our client's paid social channel. Sitting at the intersection of creative strategy, rapid AI production, and performance execution, you will turn performance insights into high-converting direct-response social ads.

Operating across regulated insurance verticals on Meta, you will run high-volume creative testing cycles (targeting roughly 50+ new variants per week). You will design creative concepts, leverage generative AI tools to produce copy and static assets, brief the video editor, and navigate assets through compliance review to platform launch.

  Lead Creative Strategy & Briefing: Develop ad briefs, script concepts, and creative angles grounded in paid social direct-response best practices.

  Format & Concept Adaptation: Concept and brief top-performing social ad formats (native social video, problem-solution angles, static variants) tailored across Meta placements (Feed, Reels, Stories).

  Performance Analysis: Review creative performance data in MotionApp to evaluate creative trends, traffic quality, and engagement to design next-round test iterations.

  Generate Static & Copy Assets: Use generative AI tools (Claude, Creatify, ChatGPT, Weavy AI) to write compelling direct-response ad copy, headlines, and build static image assets.

  Prompt Iteration & QA: Master prompt iteration to rapidly generate copy and visual variations while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and brief alignment.

  Editor Collaboration: Draft detailed video scripts and creative briefs, handing off assets to the client's dedicated Video Editor for final video production.

  End-to-End Asset Traffic: Drive creative assets from brief through AI compliance pre-screening, formal compliance review, and final upload into Meta Ads Manager.

  First-Line Compliance QA: Run draft copy and assets through internal AI compliance systems for initial edits before creating compliance tickets.

  Maintain SOPs & Asset Hygiene: Keep production SOPs, version controls, naming conventions, and prompt libraries documented and organized.

  Media buying & campaign budget optimization - managed by media buyers/Paid Social Manager.

  Final video asset editing/assembly - handled by the client's dedicated Video Editor.

   Paid Social Creative Strategy: Hands-on creative strategy experience on Meta or other paid social channels, ideally within a direct-response environment. Proven ability to analyze campaign results and design the next round of creative tests.

   Social Ad Formats & Briefing: Deep familiarity with top-performing social ad formats and hands-on experience concepting and briefing them effectively.

   Generative AI Fluency: High comfort using AI tools (Claude, Creatify, ChatGPT, etc.) to produce and iterate on ad copy and static image assets.

   Strong Copywriting Ability: Sharp direct-response copywriting skills with a strong instinct for consumer hooks, ad psychology, and compelling messaging.

   Regulated Category Experience (Strong Plus): Experience producing or managing creative in regulated industries like insurance, healthcare, banking, or finance.

This channel is high-volume and fast-moving. The client operates on a 2-week creative testing cadence, producing ~50+ new variants per week across multiple regulated insurance verticals. You will work closely with the Paid Social Manager, Video Editor, and compliance team.
