Providence Medical Group Northwest is looking for a Manager of Behavioral Health to champion our ambulatory behavioral health programs and make a lasting impact across Primary Care Integration, Care Management Social Work, and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. In this role, you'll drive meaningful change by leading a dedicated team of clinicians, shaping workflows, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
