Overview

Coordinates and oversees on-site construction and commissioning activities, serving as the primary point of contact between AWS, contractors, and OEM vendors. Ensures project milestones are met through progress monitoring, issue resolution, quality documentation management, vendor coordination, and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary on-site coordinator between AWS, construction teams, and OEM vendors (Eaton, Vertiv, etc.)
  • Oversee and drive progress on busway inspection and PDC verification work streams
  • Perform daily site walks to identify blockers, track progress, and escalate issues
  • Coordinate with multiple OEM vendors and navigate vendor relationship dynamics
  • Manage documentation quality and ensure Procore entries meet AWS standards
  • Drive accountability across subcontractor teams and escalate underperformance
  • Provide daily/weekly progress reporting to AWS leadership

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS in Engineering (Preferred EE or Industry related degree) with 5+ years of experience.
  • Extensive electrical background (data center or critical infrastructure preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing OFCI coordination on large-scale projects
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and understand manufacturer procedures
  • Strong vendor management and escalation skills
  • Experience with construction documentation platforms (Procore preferred)
  • Deep technical knowledge is required

  • Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
  • Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
