As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Badge Services in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, support badge access activities, and provide professional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

3.1 Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)

Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with access control systems and badge management. This includes understanding how to use identification badges for secure entry into company premises.

3.2 Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)

• Candidates should possess basic computer or tablet skills. This includes proficiency in using standard software applications, navigating the internet, and utilizing company-specific software as required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, policy violations, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
