Global Marketing Director, Oncology Location:Zug - Switzerland,GSK HQ - London or Upper Providence - USA GSK remains committed to achieving bold commercial ambitions for the future. As a Global Marketing Director (GMD), Oncology, you will help translate our science into meaningful commercial impact throughout the product lifecycle by bringing strong customer understanding, compelling content, and differentiated claims to life in partnership with the cross-functional oncology team. Reporting to the Senior Global Marketing Director, Oncology, you will play a key role in translating global brand strategy into clear, compelling marketing programs and practical tools that enable markets to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will contribute to the development of insight-driven product strategies and plans, while taking ownership of tactical marketing activities including content development, claims development and refinement, campaign materials, and omnichannel activation. You will partner closely with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, differentiated materials grounded in customer insights, evidence and the evolving competitive landscape. You will also work closely with co-create markets to adapt global strategy and content for local needs, ensuring effective and consistent execution across channels. In this role, you will build and strengthen your capabilities across Global Strategy, Marketing Excellence and Enterprise Leadership, while developing the expertise required to drive impactful brand execution. Within GSK's Pharmaceuticals business, you will contribute to generating long-term value for GSK and, ultimately, improving the lives of patients around the world. Key Responsibilities:
