Department Summary The Classroom and Events Technology Support (CETS) is the team that provides audio-visual and related support for the technology in the classrooms, conference rooms, and for special events, both on and off campus. CETS supports all UNT Health students, faculty, and staff. Position Overview This position will be responsible for day to day activities assigned to them as well as problem resolution to support users within the UNT Health campus in Fort Worth. Assist with complex problem solutions within the Classroom and Events Technology Support (CETS) projects to ensure high quality of AV/IT and customer service delivery across UNT Health. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications The preferred candidate will possess the following additional skills and abilities: Microsoft software, Apple software, computer hardware, basic audiovisual knowledge of televisions, projectors and sound systems. Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Job Duties
