About the Role:

As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in
delivering exceptional client experiences by serving as a trusted partner and
primary point of contact for assigned clients. In this dynamic, client-facing
role, you will coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed
accurately and on schedule. You will build strong relationships with clients,
vendors, and internal stakeholders while providing proactive communication and
support throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented,
and passionate about customer success. You will help drive project execution,
monitor schedules and budgets, troubleshoot client concerns, and identify
opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall client experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to develop skills
in Yardi's Listing Content Platform (LCP) solutions while making a meaningful
impact on client satisfaction and project success.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multifamily
    property clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of
    customer satisfaction throughout each project.
  • Coordinate visual marketing projects, including photography,
    virtual tours, 3D content, video, and other LCP Media solutions, from planning
    through final delivery.
  • Partner with clients, internal teams, and external vendors
    to manage project requirements, schedules, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
    to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide proactive project updates, address client questions
    and changes, and help resolve issues to keep projects on track and aligned with
    client expectations.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on time,
    and in support of clients' leasing and marketing objectives while maintaining
    exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.

Who You Are:

  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education
    and experience
  • One plus (1+) years of relevant client service, account
    management, project coordination, or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in
    a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Client-centered focus and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with
    clients, vendors, and employees at all levels
  • Ability to adapt to changing client and project requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM),
    project management, or similar business systems

Ideal to Have:

  • Prior account management, client service, or project
    coordination experience
  • Project scheduling experience
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal
    teams and external vendors
  • Experience working with virtual marketing, photography,
    digital media, real estate, or related services

Annual Salary Range: $30.76 - $34.61
