About the Role:

The Chef & Beverage Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the culinary and beverage operations within a hospitality setting, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef and Beverage Manager or in a similar dual role within the hospitality industry.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification in culinary arts or hospitality management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and beverage service regulations in the United States.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing kitchen and bar teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in upscale or high-volume hospitality environments.
  • Certification in mixology or sommelier training.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Background in menu engineering and cost control analytics.
  • Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse cultural teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design innovative food menus and beverage selections that align with the establishment's brand and customer preferences.
  • Manage daily kitchen and bar operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation to maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee inventory control, procurement, and cost management to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in both food preparation and beverage service areas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create promotional activities and special events that enhance guest engagement and revenue.
