What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Analyst you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Sales, IT, Risk, Legal, and Executive Team to deliver materials in support of various treasury management solutions. You'll provide training, pricing and product benefits to internal partners in support of rollout of new and enhanced commercial card products. You'll also develop and maintain detailed technical product knowledge to support internal partner needs and the product enhancement roadmap, research market opportunities for new product enhancements, identify process improvements and automation opportunities for the commercial card product offering and partner closely with multiple third-party vendors. In this role, you'll perform strategic research, gather and analyze market data on product performance, as well as liaise with people in partner departments in marketing, IT, and Risk Management/Compliance to ensure that information flows and milestones are achieved. Supporting the Product Manager, you'll perform or coordinate work from product concept and business case analysis to technical development and introduction all the way through to ongoing maintenance and improvement.
  • Partner with the Product Management team in executing the Bank's strategic plan, with specific focus of assisting with the efforts to develop and operate profitable banking products. Regularly engage with product analysts/specialists and the sales team and assists in developing training plans to the sales team regarding product features, benefits and value proposition. Contribute to product development objectives, managing product health, and responsiveness to market dynamics.
  • Support the Product lifecycle process and execute work within the department's standards on deliverables for business case development, business requirement gathering, product design, implementation, and maintenance as well as manage features and enhancements from concept through production release.
  • Contribute to the product suite's success by managing product health and effectiveness, pro-actively address obstacles to product development, product adoption, deteriorating product performance, competitive analysis, mitigating risk from market developments, and complications in service delivery.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc management reports, as well as perform research needed for responses to regulator and audit inquiries and collaborate with the product team along with IT, Compliance, Legal etc., to plan, design, analyze, test and train to ensure accurate billing and profitability of new product roll outs.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics. Market specific awareness.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with the design and delivery of presentations and management reporting as well as experience with key systems utilized in product management.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
