We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $22.92/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. POSITION DESCRIPTION
*Work in different areas of seed production.

Handle seed processing and packaging, including:
*Receiving and scanning seeds
*Cleaning and treating seeds
*Sorting and counting seeds
*Labeling and storing seeds
*Perform outdoor field work, such as:
*Planting
*Pollinating
*Hand harvesting
*Taking notes and entering data
*Use computers, Excel, and handheld devices to record information.
*Help with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
*Organize and move seeds into storage areas.
*Maintain accurate seed inventory using electronic systems.
*Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and instructions.
*Must be able to bend, lift, sit, or stand for long periods.
*May need to work extra hours during busy/peak seasons.

Education: High school diploma/GED or related experience.
*Must understand English written and verbal instructions.
*Experience required: 1-3 years.
*Basic mechanical/equipment knowledge may be required.
