The role - what you'll do Barr is seeking a project manager to join our dynamic electrical engineering team. In this hybrid role, you will blend technical expertise with project management responsibilities. Typically, assignments include managing multidisciplinary project teams, preparing design drawings and specifications, completing engineering calculations and analyses, writing technical reports, developing details of designs, and preparing cost estimates and bid packages. The ideal candidate for this position has the proven ability to provide exceptional client service for internal and external project teams. This person is willing to work cooperatively in a project team environment that encourages self-initiative. They have demonstrated project organization and project/task management skills, with a flexible work style as required to meet deadlines and client needs. Your impact - key responsibilities

Compensation: Anticipated range of $110,000-$140,000 annually. Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance.
