Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Pathway Review Lead to work with the Conditional Eligible Rider; determinations for eligibility is made after thorough reviews are performed, taking into consideration the riders Conditions, Mobility Aids, and ADA requirements, while working closely with the Program Manager, Outreach Coordinator and all outside sources answering questions regarding the program and support requests for monthly and quarterly reporting.

Responsibilities:

    Proactively works with Program Manager of Transit Options regarding all issues, policies, and developments in Pathway Review.
  • Research routing for trips via maps and bus schedules to see, if possible, on fixed route considering rider's conditions.
  • Consolidates Data into monthly reports and individual case files.
  • Performs desktop and field review work as a Mobility Specialist.
  • Reviews Standing Ride Requests prior to forwarding to Scheduling Department.
  • Supervises other members of the Pathway Review team (Mobility Specialists).
  • Assigns desktop and field review work to Mobility Specialists.
  • Answers questions from Mobility Specialists regarding policies and procedures.
  • Ensures work is performed in a timely manner.
  • Oversees successful completion of all work assigned to Mobility Specialists.
  • Updates Policies and procedures documents when seen fit by Program Manager.
  • Provides Program Manager all requested reports related to the performance of Pathway Review.
  • Works with Transit Options Outreach Coordinator regarding potential clients to be travel trained.
  • Helps Outreach Coordinator and Transit Instructors regarding clients who have been referred for training after Pathway Review has determined a fixed route solution.
  • Communicates with Metro King County Paratransit Certification & Eligibility Department regarding client reviews, ADA questions and other assigned projects.
  • Shares knowledge for all things Pathway Review as an ambassador for the Transit Options Program.


Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

  • BA degree or higher is preferred or five (5) years of experience in Transportation related management field.
  • Transportation and Paratransit is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, excellent driving record, proof of insurance, and own transportation.
  • Must have a strong user knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Have a dedicated home office space for working remotely.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and being detail oriented is a must.
  • Demonstrate the ability to self-manage.
  • Inspire confidence in our program and model professionalism, through communication and knowledge, while having fun with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Starting Pay Rate: $29.36/hour - $30.11/hour

Other Compensation: $1,000.00 Driver referral bonus ($500.00 upon training completion and $500.00 upon completion of probationary period); $1,000.00 Mechanic referral bonus ($500.00 upon training completion and $500.00 upon completion of probationary period)
