FI Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant who combines finance, data analytics, technology, and AI-enabled problem solving to build impactful solutions for complex client challenges. This person will design, develop, and deploy solutions that drive measurable outcomes, operating at the intersection of consulting, development, and advanced analytics, and working directly with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities Design and build financial models, analytical tools, or technical solutions Translate client problems into structured models or systems Work directly with client leadership Use AI to improve speed and quality of deliverable Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Lead teams to successfully deliver project solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field 4-10+ years of experience quantitative finance, data analytics, and/or technical consulting Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL Experience with data science methodologies, including a proven ability to work with large datasets, streamline workflows, and deliver impactful analytical solutions Experience with advanced analytics, including financial modeling, financial forecasting, and statistical analysis Experience developing interactive dashboards Consulting skills including problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications Experience working with capital markets, finance, housing, or banking Experience in consulting Ideal Candidate Profile Leadership and ownership of specific outcomes Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders Learn and apply new technologies quickly Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Shows intellectual curiosity and initiative beyond formal requirements Passion for using AI to accomplish all of the above Additional requirements: Authorized to work in the United States as a US Citizen. We are not able to accept permanent resident or sponsor or accept any VISA Holders at this time including OPT, H1B, EAD Successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening Reside in the DC Metro area within 30 days of hire Compensation: Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, education, certifications, geography, role scope, business needs, and internal equity considerations. At FI, we view employees as individuals rather than simply matching compensation to a job title. We recognize that people with the same title may bring different experiences, capabilities, specialties, and contributions, and we strive to evaluate each candidate holistically. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $85K-$150K, and may include an annual bonus. The full range is intended to accommodate varying levels of qualifications and growth within the role over time. As a result, candidates are typically not hired at the top of the posted range, with compensation increasing as employees develop skills, take on additional responsibilities, and demonstrate sustained performance.
