About the Internship

We are seeking a Summer Marketing Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for students who want to gain real-world experience in social media, content, and brand marketing.


Throughout the program, you'll gain exposure to social strategy, content development, trend research, campaign support, and social performance while learning how a global lifestyle brand connects with consumers.


What You Will Do in This Role


  • Support the development and execution of social media content and campaigns



  • Assist with social media calendars, content planning, and campaign organization



  • Research emerging social, cultural, and consumer trends



  • Identify relevant trends, conversations, and opportunities across social platforms



  • Research potential creator and influencer partnerships aligned with brand and campaign objectives



  • Maintain awareness of emerging creators, influencers, and cultural voices relevant to target consumers



  • Support content creation and organization across social channels



  • Assist with social reporting and performance analysis



  • Conduct competitive research and monitor brand activity



  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, PR, and other Marketing teams



  • Support presentations, creative briefs, and campaign materials



  • Assist with special marketing projects and initiatives



  • Partner with a dedicated mentor for creative guidance and professional development



  • Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions



  • Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program



  • Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital culture to team projects




Who You Are (Requirements)


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028



  • Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote)



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail



  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends



  • Comfortable researching trends and translating insights into ideas



  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects



  • Passionate about social media, fashion, lifestyle brands, and consumer culture



  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media analytics tools is a plus
