About the Internship We are seeking a Summer Supply Chain Planning Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for students who want to gain real-world experience in supply chain operations, planning, analytics, and process improvement. Throughout the program, you'll gain exposure to supply chain processes, inventory, product flow, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how a global lifestyle brand manages the movement of products around the world. What You Will Do in This Role Support Planning and Merchandising teams with product, sales, and inventory analysis Distribute, allocate, and replenish product to stores to maximize sales and support inventory objectives Assist with analyzing sales trends, product performance, and inventory levels Monitor product availability and inventory levels across stores and identify opportunities to improve product flow Generate and analyze reports, including style-selling and sell-through analysis, to support sales and inventory objectives Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance to identify trends and opportunities Assist with assortment planning, forecasting, and inventory management activities Help prepare reports, presentations, and business recaps for cross-functional partners Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams Support seasonal planning processes and key business initiatives Assist with special projects designed to improve product performance and inventory productivity Partner with a dedicated mentor for professional guidance and development Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program Bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and fresh perspectives to team projects Who You Are (Requirements) Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028 Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to communicate findings and recommendations clearly Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Curious about how global supply chains operate Interest in fashion, consumer products, retail, or global business is a plus What We Offer Paid Internship: Compensation provided for the full 10-week Summer 2027 program Real-World Experience: Hands-on projects that support team goals and business initiatives Expert Mentorship: Guidance and support from experienced Fossil Group professionals Professional Development: Workshops, panels, and learning opportunities throughout the program Networking & Community: Opportunities to connect with leaders, employees, and fellow interns Employee Discounts: Save on Fossil merchandise At Fossil Group, we embrace purpose and take every opportunity to work together to make the world a little better.
