Now Hiring: Manufacturing Process Support Specialist
Location: Warren, MI

Pay Rate: $46.94/hour

Schedule: Primarily 40-hour workweeks with occasional overtime. Some travel (10-30%) may be required.
Looking for an opportunity to support exciting new product launches in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Manufacturing Process Support Specialist to help drive issue resolution, launch readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives for automotive manufacturing operations.
Job Duties


  • Lead issue tracking and resolution efforts for new product launches and manufacturing operations
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
  • Monitor risks, action items, and project timelines to ensure successful launch execution
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for issue resolution
  • Maintain issue management systems, reporting tools, and databases
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reports using Excel, Power BI, and related tools
  • Support process improvements, workflow development, and escalation management
  • Train team members on issue management processes and best practices
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of automotive manufacturing experience
  • Experience with issue tracking systems, reporting tools, and database management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting experience
  • Ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities



Preferred Qualifications


  • 5+ years of automotive manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Power Apps, or workflow automation tools
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience creating dashboards and KPI reporting
