Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to follow cleaning procedures, schedules, and safety guidelines. Ability to read and understand basic work instructions. Experience Requirements Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Experience cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage daily and weekly cleaning tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Preferred Qualifications Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Professional and respectful when working around employees, visitors, and customers. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain cleaning supplies and replenish inventory as needed. Experience working in office, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment and supplies. Capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks in an active work environment. Comfortable working in office, production, and common-area settings. Job Duties Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, lobby areas, and walkways. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash throughout the facility. Clean tables, microwaves, chairs, and other shared workspace surfaces. Replenish paper products, utensils, napkins, and breakroom supplies as needed. Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Empty and replace shop towels and maintain designated collection areas. Clean interior windows and glass surfaces as needed, with all windows cleaned at least monthly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while following company procedures. Respect employee work areas and coordinate cleaning activities to minimize disruptions.
