Aquent is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Creative Project Manager to join our team, partnering with a major healthcare company at the forefront of medical innovation. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a critical operational bridge, directly impacting the delivery of vital creative communications that shape the future of healthcare. You will be instrumental in bringing groundbreaking ideas to life, ensuring seamless execution from concept to final asset, and playing a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

About the Opportunity

In this temporary role, you will be the driving force behind creative projects, owning the schedule, scope, and cross-functional handoffs for every initiative moving through the studio. Your expertise will ensure that creative teams and brand leaders are perfectly aligned, translating strategic visions into tangible, impactful content. This position offers the chance to make a significant contribution to a company dedicated to improving global health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



  • Intake new requests from brand teams and meticulously translate them into clear creative briefs, comprehensive timelines, and strategic resourcing plans.
  • Oversee the day-to-day production across multiple concurrent projects, diverse channels, and various deliverables, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
  • Proactively manage project status, set clear team priorities, and expertly balance creative resource capacity to optimize productivity.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for brand marketers, brand managers, and studio leadership, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review submissions, meticulously track review cycles, and manage feedback through to final sign-off.
  • Route final approved assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks, swiftly resolving timing, scope, or resourcing bottlenecks before they can impact critical deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by helping refine studio workflows, reporting mechanisms, and asset templates, enhancing overall efficiency.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of project management or account management experience, specifically within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency setting.
  • Hands-on experience managing pharmaceutical promotional materials through the rigorous medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process.
  • Working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and a solid understanding of FDA/OPDP regulatory guidelines for both branded and unbranded content.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to collaborate directly with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Designers, providing clear, actionable direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with enterprise project management software such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Previous experience within an in-house creative or content studio environment.
  • Exposure to modular content frameworks and content reuse workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content production tools.
