Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer

What You'll Do

• Research, design, develop, test, and support software applications and business systems.

• Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Maintain and enhance existing applications while troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Evaluate and implement software improvements to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.

• Communicate project status and provide technical guidance to stakeholders and customers.

• Collaborate across engineering and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Support compliance with HIPAA requirements and company security standards.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 5 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 3 years working with .NET technologies.

• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and related technologies.

• Experience developing applications using ReactJS.

• Understanding multi-tier architectures, concurrent programming concepts, multi-threading, and shared services.

• Experience with unit testing, mock-data testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure DevOps and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience with Delphi development.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and modernization initiatives.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and bonus opportunities.
