About the role:

CLA is looking to hire a Quality & Risk Director. This role is responsible for supporting the operations and processes within the Quality and Risk Team. They manage the day-to-day administration of various programs, projects, initiatives, and client service needs within Quality and Risk Team.

As a Quality & Risk Director, you will:

  • Project Management: Works with individuals to develop plans that address policies and procedures needed to support the firm's deployment of initiatives related to quality. Directs and manages the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Maintains reporting tools and dashboards to show the current status of requests in the system. Leads project and program activities and works with support resources as needed. Monitors projects to ensure appropriate deliverables and tools are utilized based on size and complexity of the project.
  • Process Improvement: Works with project resources to identify issues or opportunities with internal and external processes or services. Recommends and drives process improvement.
  • Project Planning: Leads individual projects based on existing demand of the team.
  • Relationship Management: Is responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal and external teams and third parties by making communication an essential part of all planning and work activities. Works well with internal and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed. Provides timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensures internal satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals (MPs) and Executive Leaders.

What you will need:

  • 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
