Location: El Cajon, CA

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule: 5 AM - 1:30 PM

As a Quality Assurance Administrator in El Cajon, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.

Job Duties



  • Provide administrative and technical support for the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Maintain controlled quality documentation, SOPs, drawings/blueprints, inspection reports, CAPAs, and non-conformance records.
  • Oversee and maintain the calibration schedule for measuring and test equipment.
  • Support internal/external quality audits and track expiration dates for customer certification submittals.



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.



Experience Requirements



  • Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • 3+ years of administrative support or QMS/quality control experience; proficient in standard office/PC software.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Assurance Administrator.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
