Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous Dock Stocker, Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, or Warehouse experience required Experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Job Duties Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts Move, stage, and organize warehouse inventory Load and unload products safely Work in a cold-storage environment Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies Perform general material handling duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Dock Stocker. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
