APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Prepare components for assembly through tinning, trimming, forming, and connector population activities. Assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies including modules, boards, cables, frames, panels, and other hardware. Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and work instructions. Perform wiring, cable harnessing, hand soldering, and component installation. Integrate subassemblies into completed systems and perform final assembly operations. Conduct basic electrical testing, inspections, rework, and refurbishment activities. Maintain accurate production and work order documentation. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production assembly, electromechanical assembly, or a related manufacturing environment. 2+ years of experience performing component preparation activities including tinning, trimming, forming, or connector assembly. 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions. 2+ years of experience performing hand soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, or component installation. 2+ years of experience using manufacturing tracking systems, quality procedures, and inspection criteria. 2+ years of experience using measuring equipment and performing basic mathematical calculations in a manufacturing setting.
