What You'll Do:
  • Prepare components for assembly through tinning, trimming, forming, and connector population activities.
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies including modules, boards, cables, frames, panels, and other hardware.
  • Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and work instructions.
  • Perform wiring, cable harnessing, hand soldering, and component installation.
  • Integrate subassemblies into completed systems and perform final assembly operations.
  • Conduct basic electrical testing, inspections, rework, and refurbishment activities.
  • Maintain accurate production and work order documentation.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production assembly, electromechanical assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience performing component preparation activities including tinning, trimming, forming, or connector assembly.
  • 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • 2+ years of experience performing hand soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, or component installation.
  • 2+ years of experience using manufacturing tracking systems, quality procedures, and inspection criteria.
  • 2+ years of experience using measuring equipment and performing basic mathematical calculations in a manufacturing setting.

Additional Information:

  • Lifting Requirements: May require handling and movement of production materials and assemblies.
  • Work Environment: Electronics and mechanical manufacturing facility supporting advanced technology programs.
