Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Project Analyst to support the MTSI Program Manager on the SC/SZ Golden Dome Space-Based Interceptor (SBI) program. As a key team member, you will oversee Contract Program Control, and critical functions necessary to equip, and train the MTSI workforce, and assist in managing cost, schedule and performance aspects of the SBI program both under the MTSI and Vendor contracts/OTAs to include:
Key Responsibilities
Staffing and Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Assist with reviewing resumes/candidates for open positions on the SBI contract
  • Work closely with the DPM and HR Recruitment to write and post position descriptions. Facilitate coordination of candidate interviews with MTSI team.
  • Track/facilitate/own the onboarding/offboarding processes from end to end. Resolve any delays greater than 24hrs to move people through the process so they can contribute to the team.
  • Track/facilitate/own the customer vendor CaC and SIPR processes from end to end. Resolve any delays greater than 24hrs to move people through the process so they can contribute to the team.
Program Management:
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting budget and financial performance, ensuring cost control, accurate reporting, and compliance with DoD guidelines.
  • Manage the RAIL (Responsibility Assignment Integration List) and tasks from Level of Effort (LOE) leads to coordinate team efforts within schedule frameworks.
  • Gather and prepare for final submission weekly activity reports from all LOE tech leads and consolidate into single report.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to SBI Vendor OTAs
Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Track actions across multiple stakeholders by maintaining consistent communication and soliciting status updates from designated Points of Contact (PoCs).
Performance Metrics Tracking:
  • Implement burndown metrics and measure team performance and progress directly against schedules.
  • Maintain staffing onboarding metrics
  • Maintain customer vendor CaC and SIPR Token metrics
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience:
  • High School equivalency required, Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience working in related roles.
Security Clearance:
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Technical Expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
