Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Accurately complete and file documents to ensure smooth operations of the service center and maintain a high degree of customer support through courteous and prompt service.
  • Answer phones and greet walk-in customers with positive and supportive energy.
  • Keep accurate business files for customer and vendor accounts.
  • Data entry for operations. Such as employee time entry, payable entries, customer information, etc.
  • Maintain current documentation to support programs such as CIPS, COR, CSA and other programs.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation for all service center staff.
  • Assist with invoicing customers.
  • Assist with shipping arrangements for customers.
  • Ensure bills and invoices are filed properly for payment, follow up if noticing delays.
  • Assist with invoicing and AR follow up if issues arise with customers.
  • Enter expenses for administration staff when required.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Have relevant experience, ideally in administration role or customer service.
  • Previous Industrial environment experience a plus.
  • Analyzing, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Result-orientated and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate records
  • Excellent Oral/Written Communication
  • Effective computer skills
