  • Support new equipment installations and upgrades with full I&E integration, termination, loop checks, calibration, and commissioning
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-lines, P&IDs, loop diagrams, schematics, and as-built documentation to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other trades to execute maintenance and project work safely and efficiently
  • Document work performed using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Identify and report equipment anomalies, safety concerns, or design issues-proactively asking questions to clarify scope and ensure quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety and quality standards

What You'll Bring
  • Trade school certification in industrial electrical, instrumentation, mechatronics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial I&E maintenance (manufacturing, power generation, or similar environment)
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, loop diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo, EAM, IBM TRIRIGA) and familiarity with conduit/cable installation, terminations, torque specs, and applicable NEC/NFPA/ISA standards
  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO), arc flash awareness, energy control procedures, and safety protocols
  • Must have command of the English language both written and verbal

Essential Physical Demands
