Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Maintenance Supervisor to lead our high-tech equipment maintenance team on [shift]. In this role, you will oversee a team of technicians responsible for the preventative maintenance, calibration, and emergency repair of advanced manufacturing tools within our semiconductor fabrication facility (fab). Your primary focus will be maximizing tool uptime, optimizing hardware reliability, and championing a strict culture of safety and cleanroom protocol throughout your shift.
