What this job involves:

As a Guest Services Representative at JLL, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our properties, creating exceptional first impressions for every tenant and visitor. You'll manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth, handling visitor registration, security protocols, and serving as a trusted resource for building information. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Greet all tenants and visitors with courtesy and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects JLL's commitment to exceptional service

  • Manage visitor registration according to established building policies and security protocols

  • Respond promptly to tenant phone calls and emails, providing assistance and information with efficiency and care

  • Provide guidance and directions to tenants and visitors, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of building amenities and services

  • Maintain awareness of building management and security protocols, directing concerns to appropriate personnel

  • Develop professional relationships with key tenant contacts and stay informed about property events

  • Monitor service alerts and report security concerns immediately to designated personnel

Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining, or related customer-facing field

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences

  • Strong organizational abilities and proven capacity to multitask effectively

  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and internet-based tools

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with visitor management systems or building access control technology

  • Background in event coordination or support

  • Proven track record of building positive relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Self-motivated approach with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
