As a Security Officer Hospital X Ray Screening in Grove City, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You may support hospital operations in sensitive areas while assisting with access control and incident response. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and clinicians by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, behavioral health concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by providing directions, supporting visitor management processes, and documenting incidents as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
