Title: Marketing Manager III

Location: Remote- East Coast

Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)

Role Overview

We are seeking an operationally minded Program Manager to join our global team. This role is focused on executing and managing weekly promotional programming processes in support of global music partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to ensure coordinated, best-in-class project delivery, turning manual workflows into scalable, smooth operations that connect people through digital media and music.

Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and own the execution and curation of weekly high-impact promotional offerings in partnership with music partnerships teams, prioritizing partner value and strategic curation.



  • Optimize operational workflows by introducing efficiencies into manual, repetitive promotional processes.



  • Track, analyze, and report on promotional performance metrics, maintaining comprehensive documentation of project execution.



  • Serve as the central point of contact across internal teams and external music partners to support high-impact activations and information sharing.



  • Participate in regular team planning and execution meetings to ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.




Minimum Qualifications




  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in the music industry, with a strong focus on project management, program management, operations, and music partner management.



  • Platform Knowledge: Experience working with music promotional offerings at Digital Service Providers (DSPs), technology platforms, creative platforms, or record labels.



  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, executed with high strategic, communication, and operational rigor.



  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets, and performance tracking tools.



  • Core Mindset: Resourceful, detail-oriented, and action-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and a high ownership mindset.




Preferred Qualifications




  • Prior experience working within a major technology company.



  • Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, to support regional music curation and partner activations.
