Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator III

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 & New York, New NY 10017

Duration: 6 months Assignment

Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, Mon-Fri (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Work Model: Hybrid 2-3 days

Scope of Project: Day to Day Support.

Summary:

  • This is a dual role supporting Early Talent Recruitment and Talent Management program delivery for the U.S. Graduate Leadership Program.
  • Support our Recruiters, Managers, and candidates throughout the recruiting cycle, onboarding, and work term at the client.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on numerous projects focused on attracting and developing talent, and work with a dynamic team of HR professionals.
  • Your role and perspective as a coordinator on this team will help shape the experience for future cohorts of students at the client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide interview management and logistics support for recruiting students and new graduates; at times also conducting preliminary phone screens.
  • Provide a strong candidate experience from interview scheduling through to offer.
  • Own key Early Talent and programming operational projects and processes.
  • Manage and maintain organized project plan documents for both teams and multiple cohorts
  • Support offer letter creation and onboarding for all new hires.
  • Support other recruitment projects and initiatives as required (i.e., Surveys, Associate & Intern Orientation, Campus events, programming, etc.)
  • Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.


Job Requirements:

  • College, University or post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience in an administrative or customer support role required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent client service, communication and collaboration skills.
  • High energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Proactive problem solver leveraging critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with high energy and ability to work independently.


The following would be considered an asset, but not required:

  • HR designation.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment.
  • Prior event management experience.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to manage large sets of data.

Education & Experience:

  • Post secondary and college degree.
  • Years of Overall Experience: 5-7 years.
  • How will performance be measured: SLA's, KPIs and deliverables.
  • Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: Great organizer, support programming and recruitment.
  • Operate quickly and efficiently.
  • Event coordination, booking travel experience, someone who is going to roll up their sleeves, work in a challenging space.
  • Clear concise, budget tracking, invoicing. Lean in on the reinterment.
  • Prescreening.
  • Polished/ maturity.
