About the Role

We are seeking a contract professional to join our creative team, dedicated to elevating our performance marketing video deliverables. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining content consistency and ensuring smooth, timely delivery. You will be responsible for editing, spot-checking, and preparing content to precise specifications, playing a direct part in our audience engagement strategies. This position offers the chance to collaborate across teams, contribute to workflow improvements, and see your work directly impact our global reach.

What You'll Do



  • Assist the creative team in upholding a high standard for performance marketing video deliverables.
  • Ensure daily content consistency and seamless delivery of assets.
  • Edit, spot-check (Quality Control), and prepare video content according to detailed specifications and deadlines.
  • Manage versioning and encoding for various delivery platforms.
  • Facilitate the posting of final deliverables.
  • Work effectively under tight deadlines and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Contribute to documenting processes and provide valuable feedback for software and workflow enhancements.


What You'll Bring



  • 5+ years of intermediate experience editing in Adobe Premiere.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of video, audio, and image encoding formats, coupled with best practices for broadcast and social media.
  • Proficiency with high-resolution file transfer applications (e.g., Box, Frameio, Google Drive, WeTransfer, Aspera Connect, FTP, servers).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks under time constraints and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong creative storytelling abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and meticulous follow-through.
  • Must possess personal editing hardware and ample external storage.


Nice-to-Haves



  • A cursory or intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and associated plugins.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to interact seamlessly with various levels of management and teams.
