About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where you will champion large-scale marketing initiatives from inception to successful completion. As a key individual contributor, you will orchestrate the full lifecycle of campaigns, from meticulous budget reconciliation to expansive social media promotion. This role is your chance to elevate brand recognition, develop strategic project plans, and craft marketing strategies for prominent offerings. You will engage directly with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and sponsorships. What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans, maximizing awareness and engagement before, during, and after each project, leveraging digital tools and collaborating with growth, content, and design teams.
• Drive insightful analysis from data to uncover new marketing opportunities and deep audience understanding.
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, overseeing content positioning and marketing programs to boost awareness and engagement across various media channels.
• Partner with senior marketing leadership to define project strategy and objectives, spearhead initiatives for customer advocacy and lead generation, identify sponsorship opportunities, and create novel virtual and physical experiences.
• Engage and manage multiple media agencies, prioritizing their workflow to optimize media placement and impact.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality content and campaigns for media and social channels, reflecting brand voice and identity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, establishing best practices for advertising and aligning strategic efforts across broader marketing initiatives globally.
• Lead efforts to analyze, track, and report on campaign/project ROI using customer relationship management systems or other project management tools, focusing on key metrics like pipeline, revenue, and marketing-qualified leads.
• Act as a primary client contact for managing complex media planning and collaborate with global media teams for strategy scaling.
• Drive the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and measurement strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain external relationships with venues, suppliers, and agencies, handling contract negotiation, spatial and audiovisual planning, activation logistics, and speaker management.
• Lead the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public engagement across all communication channels.
