Location(s): Cary, NC

Position Summary
This is an Experienced Professional-level Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst position focused on turning operational and business data into actionable insights.

Core Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, consolidate, and interpret business and operational data using statistical and data analytics techniques.
• Collect data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Operate, optimize, and support existing data-management tools, applications, and databases.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs for management and other stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, performance issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support business projects by solving non-routine analytical and technical problems.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical methods, business processes, tools, and technical solutions.
• Provide functional guidance to operational or less-experienced team members when required.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree with applicable knowledge.
• Strong foundation in data analytics, statistics, databases, or a related technical/business discipline.
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects and deliver against defined milestones.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Experience working with databases, data-management systems, reporting tools, or analytical applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
