Local Class A CDL Lubricant Delivery Driver

Location: St. Paul
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Routes typically start at 5:00 or 6:00 a.m.

Our Local Class A CDL Lubricant Delivery Drivers safely transport and deliver bulk and packaged lubricant products and equipment to customers. This is a hands-on delivery position that combines professional driving with customer service and product handling.

What You'll Do:



  • Safely transport, unload, and deliver bulk and packaged products and equipment.
  • Provide friendly, professional service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Load and unload trucks while protecting the quality and security of company materials.
  • Communicate daily with dispatch, customer service, and sales regarding deliveries and customer needs.
  • Use handheld technology to track deliveries, maintain electronic logs, and operate Samsara systems.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and submit required paperwork at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of your truck and delivery equipment.
  • Follow DOT hours-of-service requirements and all applicable safety and transportation regulations.
  • Communicate field issues and improvement opportunities to Driver Managers and Dispatch.
  • Support a safety-first culture in everything you do.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required, up to approximately 30%.


What You'll Need:



  • Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Air Brake qualifications.
  • Current DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to obtain a Hazmat endorsement.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must meet DOT qualifications under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 36 months or 2 within the last 12 months.
  • No DWI or DUI within the past 5 years.
  • Must meet company driving record requirements related to preventable/key crashes.
  • Two years of driving experience within the last five years preferred.
  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete paperwork, electronic logs, and delivery documentation.



Environmental Services Route Driver

Location: Roseville
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Starting at approximately 6:00 a.m.

Our Environmental Services Route Driver operates a dedicated service route providing parts washer service and hazardous and non-hazardous containerized waste services to customers. This position combines CDL driving, hands-on service, customer interaction, and environmental compliance.

Drivers may service approximately 10-12 customer locations per day, including automotive repair shops, fleet operations, and manufacturing businesses.

What You'll Do:



  • Safely complete scheduled customer services, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Service parts washer equipment and remove sediment from parts washer sinks.
  • Exchange 15- and 30-gallon drums of solution.
  • Pick up 5-gallon pails, drums, IBC totes, and other containerized waste from customer locations.
  • Safely load, transport, and unload materials.
  • Build relationships with customers while identifying additional product or service needs.
  • Generate potential sales leads while working in the field.
  • Follow all company environmental, health, and safety procedures.
  • Comply with applicable DOT, OSHA, EPA, RCRA, and other local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
  • Complete assigned routes accurately and on schedule.


What You'll Need:



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Class A or B CDL.
  • Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain them within 90 days.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.


Preferred Experience:



  • Previous route driving or route management experience.
  • Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, EPA, RCRA, or related environmental regulations.
  • Experience working with hazardous or non-hazardous materials.



CDL Shuttle Driver / Yard Jockey

Location: Golden Valley
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 1st Shift

Rotating Schedule:



  • 2 weeks as Shuttle Driver: 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • 1 week as Yard Jockey: 4:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.


Our CDL Shuttle Driver / Yard Jockey supports transportation between Ascentek warehouses, suppliers, and customers throughout the metro area. This position rotates between road shuttle driving and yard jockey responsibilities and also assists with warehouse and forklift functions as needed.

What You'll Do:



  • Transport loaded trailers containing finished goods and raw materials between facilities.
  • Move trailers into and out of dock doors and reposition trailers throughout the yard.
  • Monitor trailer inventory and DOT-related dates.
  • Safely operate tractors, trailers, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
  • Load and unload trailers and assist with warehouse functions as needed.
  • Maintain required driver documentation and logs.
  • Follow DOT hours-of-service requirements and applicable transportation regulations.
  • Work safely in active warehouse and yard environments.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates, suppliers, and customers.


What You'll Need:



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid CDL with required endorsements.
  • Hazmat endorsement.
  • Current DOT Medical Card.
  • Must meet DOT qualifications under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
  • Previous forklift experience.
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 36 months or 2 within the last 12 months.
  • No DWI or DUI within the past 5 years.
  • Ability to comfortably use smartphones and other smart devices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Two years of driving experience within the last five years preferred.



        Physical and Mental demands: Physical demands: Employee must have the ability to lift/carry up to 60 pounds occasionally. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit & operate their tractor, crank trailer legs, walk & handle objects. Employees may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations. The mental requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Comprehend and follow instructions, perform assigned tasks, maintain an appropriate work pace, perform complex or varied tasks, relate to others, make decisions, interact with coworkers & customers.

        Environmental demands: Work in extreme heat (>80 degrees) during summer and extreme cold (<-20 degrees) during the winter while in the yard and warehouse areas. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - safety eyeglasses and safety steel-toe shoes are required. Safety concerns to include heavy products, light and heavy-duty machinery, Tractor trailer, forklifts, working in a congested and high activity warehouse. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.

        The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $23.00 and $35.00 hourly plus second shift differential. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
