As a Habilitative Coordinator, you'll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include training staff in behavior modification techniques and to assist with developing new programs.

What you'll do:



  • Coordinate development of individual-centered programs
  • Monitor the quality of services and development of individual-centered programs.
  • Train staff in behavior modification and/or intervention techniques
  • Develop new policies, procedures and methodologies for delivering habilitative services

Schedule:

Full Time-Mainly Day Hours. There is an administrative on-call responsibility with this position. It is a rotation between 3-4 members of Leadership: Friday 4:30p - Monday 08:00a

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
  • Experience may be substituted for educational requirements unless required by the state.
