Summary of the Job:

Key and balance customer/Bank deposits that come to us Via the mail. Learn to process these payments utilizing the Deluxe/Optima software at the established accuracy and production rates. Will be working a combination of at home and on site to key these payments.

About This Role:

Schedule for this position: Thur to Mon 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or Finish

Process & Procedures: Use set procedures to perform production in Deluxe/Optima system.

  • Learn and maintain comprehensive job knowledge through a combination of procedures and on-the-job-training (OJT) for all department job functions.

  • Work in a manner to complete production and accuracy at expected levels.

  • Assist in procedure feedback and daily improvement process to attain greater efficiency.

Understand and comply with the Bank's BSA/AML Program; adhere to all bank policy, laws and regulations applicable to role.

  • Complying with the Bank's Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence Policy.

  • Identifying, monitoring and reporting suspicious activity.

  • Completing BSA/AML and other assigned training in a timely manner as directed by management.

  • Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in the FNO Compliance Accountability Program.

  • Remainup to date on regulatory changes via online provider, newsletters, attending seminars, training, and bulletins from regulators or other applicable agencies.

Demonstrate professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.

  • Practice the FNNI Operating Philosophy and FN Operations' values; support goals and strategic plan.

  • Employ and promote a strong work ethic, encouragement and positive feedback to team members.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Required:

  • High school graduate or GED.

  • 10 Key abilities

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Regular and predictable attendance

Desired:

  • Knowledge banking products and processes.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $35,715.00-$53,572.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
