We are looking for a Sanitation Team Leader to help maintain a safe, clean, and food-safe manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll lead sanitation operations, support food safety initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with sanitation, pest control, and safety programs.

• Lead and coordinate daily sanitation team activities and priorities.
• Manage the facility's sanitation and pest control programs.
• Maintain sanitation records and the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Support food safety, GMP, HACCP, customer, and third-party audit activities.
• Investigate sanitation, pest control, and facility-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead sanitation, food safety, and safety training initiatives.
• Drive safety programs, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Manage sanitation tools, chemicals, equipment, and inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
