Position Summary The Machine Shop Manager is responsible for leading and managing all machine shop operations in support of ship repair, overhaul, maintenance, and fabrication for critical components for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, government, and commercial vessels. This role leads a team of skilled machine shop technicians responsible for rebuilding custom parts, restoring damaged components, and developing practical repair solutions that preserve the integrity of ship repair projects. The Machine Shop Manager directly manages a team of approximately 10 to 20 employees, including supervisors and shop personnel. Domestic and international travel may be required. Essential Functions
