Position summary: Responsible for leading and performing complex real estate acquisition and relocation activities for transportation, infrastructure, and public works projects. This position will serve as a senior Right of Way Specialist and Project Manager, with responsibility for property acquisition, relocation assistance, valuation, negotiations, project delivery, client coordination, and oversight of project staff. Compensation for this position is $63.00-$65.00/hourly, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Working Conditions Some work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Significant field work (50% or more) is required where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Travel to project sites, meetings, property inspections, and other locations may be required. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs.) may be required as needed.
