The Supervision groupis responsible forthe supervision and regulation of state member banks (SMBs), bank holding companies, savings and loan holding companies, financial holding companies, bank service providers, trust companies, and foreign banking organizations that are headquartered in the Twelfth District. Supervised institutions range in size and complexity from small community organizations to some of the largest banking organizations in the country. Supervision has a fantastic opportunity for aSr. Executive Assistant to support the Supervision Officer team for a one-year temporary assignment.As a temporary employee of the Fed, you are eligible for most of our benefits (health insurance, vacation/sick, pension, 401K) and work directly for our Bank for a defined period of time. This position has potential to extend or become a full time/regular role after one year, or sooner. In thisimportant roleyou will work very closely with the Supervision Officer team and their staff of 350 employees.Our ideal candidate has a strong executive assistantbackground, andis exceptionally organized.You have an instinct for how best to prioritize and shield a busy leader such as this, and beyond your administrativeexpertise, you also deeply understand the value of strong relationships and networks within a large organization.Additionally, you are engaged in the work and have ideas on how to elevate it (i.e.make meetings more efficient,effectiveand impactful).You are willing to challenge the status quo when you feel there is a better way of doing things. Essential Responsibilities: * Providedsenior-level administrative support to the Supervision Officer team. * Proactively manageOfficer teamschedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence and route sensitive and priority items ona timelybasis. * Ensure theOfficer teamis fully informed and prepared in advance with pertinent documents for meetings and events. * Use your whole skillset (administrative, critical thinking, technology) and knowledge to help maximize the usefulness of Officer and Group meetings.Experiment and createnewapproachestostructure andorganize these meetings formaximumROI. * Coordinate internal and external meetings. This may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, arranging onsitelogistics, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available. * Support the executives and broader organization with excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborating to deliver key communications through various channels. * Collaborate with team of administrative professionals toprovidea range of administrative support (e.g., host external guests in SF and other branch offices, coordinate for System meetings, large group events and conferences, procure office supplies and balance invoices, and ad hoc administrative projects) across Supervision. Requirements: * Associate'sdegree or equivalent work experience as anExecutiveAssistant. * Typically requires six or moreyears of relatedprofessionalexperience. * Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels within an organization. * Knowledge of Office365, MS Excel,Word, Outlook, and OneNote. * Able to work both independently and with a team. * Ability to multi-task,maintainattention to detail, andmaintaina professional demeanor and positiveattitude. * Expert-level calendar management and ability to juggle competing priorities. * Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Proactive mindset-you anticipate needs before being asked. * Flexibility to adapt when priorities shift. * This position requires access to confidential supervisory information, which is limited to "Protected Individuals." Base Salary Range:Min:$82,600 Mid:$107,300 Max:$131,900(Location: San Francisco only) Final salary and offer will bedeterminedby the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
