Job Duties Deliver dry van freight on local routes and return home daily Operate a CDL A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently Navigate city routes while maintaining on-time deliveries Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Secure and transport freight according to company and DOT standards Handle occasional light freight using a tailgate when required Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and driver logs Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delivery status, and any issues Driving Requirements Valid CDL-A license DOT Medical Card FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years) No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years) No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years) Experience driving in city environments required Strong backing and maneuvering skills Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and more Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday Pay is provided for eligible Drivers Weekly Pay Staffmark Perkspot - discounts on almost anything you want to buy The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
