Job Summary:
The Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and selfmotivated MRI Tech Assistant who is enthusiastic about advancing both clinical care and imagingbased research. As part of the WIMR Imaging Medical Services team, this individual will play a key role in translating innovative imaging science into highquality patient care while supporting UW Radiology's mission of discovery, education, and excellence in clinical service. In this role, the MRI Tech Assistant will support both clinical and research imaging operations, assisting with daily MRI and PET/MRI examinations for standardofcare clinical needs as well as research studies. Responsibilities also include managing data associated with imagingbased research projects and educating, training, and supervising researchers on MRI and PET/MRI scanner operations and imaging techniques. Additional duties include preparing daily billing invoices for research imaging, supporting ACR accreditation activities, and fostering a collaborative environment that ensures efficient, safe, and highquality imaging for clinical teams, investigators, and study participants.
