Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service through warm welcomes, personalized interactions, and proactive relationship-building. Assist with dining reservations and seating, promote club amenities, services, and events, and coordinate member communications and engagement initiatives. Manage member requests from start to finish and create memorable experiences that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain a professional, welcoming club environment, uphold company standards and policies, respond effectively to member concerns using service recovery procedures, and remain adaptable to meet the evolving needs of members, guests, and club operations. |

- Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
