In this role asSeniorProduct Manager, you willlead thedesign and developmentof newtools and servicesthat enhance our member experience. What You'll Do: Buildavisionand own mission critical applications withinplatform and mobile applications Partner with engineering to defineproduct requirements and operational processestoscale core technology platformin support ofshort-termand longer-termgoals Design andimplement end-to-end billing experiences platform including capabilities to support various pricing models, billing types,receivablesmanagement,reportingand analytics Identifykey partners and vendors, both business and technical, to supportplatformservices strategies Own and driveinitiativesacrossmobileapp and internal tools,with the ability to quickly prototype designs and iterate with UXteams Partner with key internal stakeholders to driveimprovements to platform health and member success KPIsthat spanplatform and core user experience(e.g.funnelconversion,chargeback rate, etc.). Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
