Description Your Role As a Gensler Design Manager with our team in Atlanta, you will leverage your attention to detail and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client projects on time and within budget. Grow your project management experience while working on trendsetting projects across practice areas. A focus for the role will be managing multiple fast-paced mid-size projects or singular large, complex projects. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong management and team building skills and experience in the Multifamily/Residential and Hospitality practice area with the ability to produce drawings and specifications as needed. As Design Manager, you will bring your years of project leadership and client relationship skills to build our capabilities to inspire and realize projects of all scales and complexities. On a day-to-day basis, you will be accountable primarily for building our practice through the delivery of exceptional design and technical work. We take a highly collaborative approach to the work, and the nurturing of a design culture in our studios and in the office is critically important to us. We also believe that the project leadership shares accountability for the design, technical, and financial success of the projects, and will look to you to lead your teams to be successful in those measure.
