Are you an experienced Instrumentation Technician, Electrical Technician, or Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a stable direct hire opportunity with excellent earning potential? Join a growing manufacturing team where your expertise in industrial electrical systems, PLCs, controls, and instrumentation will play a critical role in maintaining and improving production operations.

What You'll Do



  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Diagnose equipment issues involving PLCs, motors, transformers, VFDs, DC drives, and related automation systems.
  • Install, test, and commission electrical equipment, wiring, conduits, and control systems.
  • Support manufacturing operations by identifying and resolving equipment failures quickly and safely.
  • Read electrical schematics, equipment drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Perform calibrations, testing, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive reliability and continuous improvement.



What We're Looking For



  • 3+ years of medium- to high-voltage electrical experience in an industrial or heavy commercial environment.
  • One of the following:

    • Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology
    • Level II NETA Certification (or equivalent)
    • Journeyman Electrician License


  • 5+ years of hands-on process maintenance or instrumentation experience preferred.
  • Experience with PLC systems, motor controls, VFDs, instrumentation, and industrial automation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues.
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
